The Palace Les Airelles will reopen on December 11, 2015 for the new winter season. Jacques Charles, the Managing Director since 2014 of the 5-star luxury Les Airelles hotel in Courchevel will welcome you in this wonderful environment.

The Peninsula Paris hotel reopen in July 2014 after 4 years of resoration. This hotel is formaly known as the Magestic Hotel opened in 1908.

The architectural designs are by Richard Martinet of Affine architecture & interior design, while the interiors are by Henry Leung of Hong Kong-based Chhada Siembieda & Associates Ltd.

Last night, during the World Travel Awards 2014 gala ceremony held in Athens, Le Bristol Paris won the highly coveted "France's Leading Hotel" award for the fourth consecutive year.

Le Bristol Paris is the best hotel in France!
The first fully renovated Parisian hotel, showcase of the French art de vivre, Le Bristol Paris has, for the second year running, been included in one of the most prestigious American listings: the World’s Best Awards of Travel+Leisure magazine.
Following a swift climb in recognition, Le Bristol is nominated best French hotel in the category “Top Large City Hotels” in Europe, dethroning defending champions the Ritz Paris and the Four Seasons George V, placed second and third, respectively.
This recognition, which follows 2013’s triumph of coming top in Condé Nast Traveller’s ranking of European hotels, confirms Le Bristol Paris’ position at the top of French hotels.

This Summer, after having embellished its famous garden "à la française", Le Bristol is to unveil twenty-nine entirely renovated rooms and suites, all of which are now ready and waiting to welcome the hotel's French and International guests, and ensure they enjoy a uniquely refined experience.
Thus ends the impressive renovation programme costing over 150 million euros, financed by the Oetker group, to which Le Bristol has belonged for over thirty years. These suites and rooms have been decorated by Mrs Oetker, owner of the hotel. Paris’ iconic Hotel Le Bristol completes the renovations of its famous garden, the largest of the Parisian Palaces, just in time for summer. The transformation began in 2012 with the installation of a new terrace at the hotel’s three-Michelin-star restaurant, Epicure, which is comprised of Botticino white marble imported from the province of Brescia, Italy.
Surrounded by four ethereal magnolia trees, the 13,000 square foot garden "à la française" was redesigned by the gardeners of the landscape company, Passions des Jardins. The garden’s vegetal area has grown more than ten percent and is decorated with tulips, daffodils, narcissus, yellow laburnum and anthemis. Soon, the garden will grow red and pink geraniums, New Guinea impatiens, and beautiful roses.

Le 114 Faubourg receives its first star in the 2013 Michelin Guide!
Following a third Michelin star awarded to Le Bristol’s Epicure restaurant in 2009, Le 114 Faubourg – the hotel’s brasserie de luxe – has been honoured with its first star in the Michelin Guide. As such Le Bristol Paris has become the only Parisian Palace Hotel to be crowned with "4 stars".
This achievement can be attributed to the talents of Chef Eric Desbordes, mentored by Eric Frechon – Hôtel Le Bristol's Chef des Cuisines – and Laurent Jeannin, Hôtel Le Bristol's Pastry Chef, who was named Pastry Chef of the Year 2011 by his peers.
